At Aspen, we strive to create a culture of engagement where volunteers can give back to the community in a way that’s both meaningful to them and rewarding.
If you love being with children and would like an infrequent volunteer opportunity, then this may be for you. Baking Break needs volunteers to care for preschoolers while their parents are down the hall, baking. One Thursday morning, every-other month, a team of volunteers gives parents a break by caring for their children in Southview.
If you enjoy working with children and helping to provide a fun, safe and educational environment where you can make a difference, then this volunteer position may be for you. Our Family Center is in search of qualified workers to assist with child play and learn activities. As a child care worker, you would help kids engage in arts, crafts and games designed to promote analytical thinking skills and developmental learning. This volunteer position will help you develop excellent skills and techniques that can prove rewarding in both your personal life, and in future careers in child development.

It’s hard starting out in a career as a young person—particularly if you don’t have the family and extended family networks to help get your foot in the door. Help us level the playing field. Offer an internship and sign up to become a mentor as part of Aspen’s Element Fleet Management Youth Capital Program!
As a mentor, you’ll provide valuable work experience and coaching to a youth with similar interests or career path. With the help of leading industry professionals and entrepreneurs like you, we can help vulnerable youth receive the mentorship opportunity of a lifetime.
