Headspace Bus

From laptops and sports equipment, to books, games and art supplies, the Headspace Bus has something for everyone.

Available as part of Aspen’s Youth Matters program, the bus provides a safe space for young people to think, have fun, and "get away from it all". On board, young people have an opportunity to connect with each other and members of the Aspen team, building supportive relationships and learning about resources available in the community.

Through individual support and group programming, Youth Matters and the Headspace Bus help young people make smart decisions about relationships, school, employment, housing, and other important life choices.

The bus can be found around Calgary at Youth Matters activities and events, providing programing for youth in socially isolated communities and helping youth overcome transportation barriers to program participation.

Who It's For:

Youth participating in the Youth Matters program aged 13 to 21 who are living in Calgary or attending school or programs in Calgary, as well as youth referred through other Aspen programs.

How to Access:

Referrals are accepted from individuals, families, schools, community groups, service providers and probation officers.
