Operating in Calgary and Strathmore, Aspen’s three Hand-in-Hand Parent Link Centres provide a safe and supportive environment for families with children aged 0 to 6 to access and explore child development programs, parent education opportunities and valuable community resources. All programming is provided at no cost.
Designed to meet the specific needs of the communities they serve, each centre also offers an array of community-specific programs such as clothing exchanges, nutrition programs, and opportunities for children to connect and learn through play.
In addition, our centres regularly collaborate with community residents and other community agencies to plan and organize special events and activities tailored to the unique needs of the families in the communities served.
It is through these relationships, programs and events that we work together hand-in-hand to strengthen ourselves, our families and our communities.
Our Strathmore Hand-in-Hand Parent Link Centre serves families from the following communities: Strathmore, Carseland, Cheadle, Cluny, Gleichen, Hussar, Lyalta, Nightingale, Rockyford, Rosebud, Standard and Siksika Nation.
Our Calgary Hand-in-Hand Parent Link Centre located inside Village Square Leisure Centre serves families in the communities of Whitehorn, Rundle, Temple, Monterey Park, Pineridge and Vista Heights.
Our North of McKnight Hand-in-Hand Parent Link Centre serves Calgary families in the communities of Martindale, Falconridge, Taradale, Skyview Ranch, Redstone, Saddletowne, Saddleridge, Castleridge and Coral Springs.
