Element Fleet Management Youth Capital

The Element program provides youth with the supports and resources needed to attain their educational goals, build job skills and experience in the workforce, and become financially empowered.

Many youth previously or currently involved with Children’s Services do not have the family networks or supports needed to get their foot in the door and launch their career. Through Element, youth receive support with high school completion, post-secondary enrolment, financial literacy training and job skills development.

As part of the Element program, youth have access to internship opportunities in their desired field of employment and are matched with relevant local businesses that can provide training and mentorship.

The goal of Element is to help youth build the skills and supports needed to succeed in completing school and entering the workforce.

Who It's For:

This program only accepts youth who have been involved with Child and Family Services at some point of their lives.
