Diana is responsible for the development and delivery of ENMAX's external communications, brand and community investment activities, as well as facilitating relationships with key stakeholders, including ENMAX's shareholder, the City of Calgary. Before joining ENMAX in 2012, Diana served as Chief Governance Officer for Mountain Equipment Co-op in Vancouver, BC and prior to that, as Corporate Secretary and Manager, Regulatory Affairs for the British Columbia Transmission Corporation.
Diana served as the Board Chair of the British Columbia College of Dieticians from 2010 to 2016, and as co-chair of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition Governance Committee from 2010 to 2011. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, received her Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia and holds a corporate governance designation from the Institute of Governance Professionals.
J’Val Shuster was born and raised in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary with a both a bachelor and masters in Anthropology. Prior to owning her own catering company, Shuster worked with the City of Calgary as their International Relations Coordinator and taught as a sessional instructor at the University of Calgary. She worked for the ‘Canada Expo 2005’ team as the international relations coordinator and was a part of the team who worked on the bid for Calgary to host the 2005 World’s Expo, which Canada ended up losing to Japan.
Shuster has sat as a board member with both Alberta Theatre Projects and the EPCOR CENTRE for the Performing Arts. After catering an event for friends in March of 1997, the seed was planted and in 2003 she formally launched Devour Catering, a full-service company that plans fabulous events and serves food you will never forget, because Shuster truly feels life is worth celebrating!

After a devastating crash ended Charmaine’s Olympic snowboarding career and left her almost paralyzed in 2009, Charmaine took her passion for movement and positivity and created Ironside Fitness where she and her staff help thousands of members transform their bodies and lives every year.
Charmaine enjoys all the hats she wears inside and outside of her career - including being a mom to her 2 kiddos, a best friend to her husband, and a coach and speaker who is constantly evolving, walking her talk, and showing up as exceptionally as possible each day everywhere she goes.
