ATAP (Aspen Transportation Assistance Program)
"We picked up a lady this week, abused by her husband and with medical conditions. She was upset. She had a number of appointments to help her control diabetes but was having difficulties coordinating the numerous scheduled appointments. I was able to get her to where she needed to go, a load off her shoulders, and a smile that she didn't have to take 3 buses from home to the Rocky View and back."

ATAP (Aspen Transportation Assistance Program)
Calgary is one of the country's largest geographic cities. It is not easily accessible at the best of times and transportation is a challenge for many. Aspen saw the critical need to assist individuals and families with transportation challenges and so began the Aspen Transportation Assistance Program. ATAP is designed to ensure that families experiencing social isolation, limited financial resources, or other barriers have an increased accessibility in attending recreational, professional, educational or medical commitments or appointments. This is a no-cost program for families and individual clients who need this assistance in transportation.
ATAP is program designed as a "Curb to Curb", free transportation service for residents of the Calgary community with priority given to residents of the communities of the Greater Forest Lawn Area.
